Short version: we collect what you type into a form, we use it to answer you, and we do not track you or sell anything to anyone.

What we collect

Only what you enter. Every form asks for your email address. Most also ask for your name and your organization. Beyond that it depends on the form: the contact form takes a message, the campaign builder takes the stages and parts you pack along with your role, target, format and notes, the downloads form asks what you plan to use the documents for, and sift takes the antibody sequences you paste and the lab they came from.

We do not ask for anything else, and there is nothing collected in the background.

What we do with it

A submission is stored in our own submission store and in our customer relationship system, and it sends us an email so a person sees it. We use it to reply to you, to prepare a proposal if you asked for one, and to keep track of the conversation afterwards. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside the company.

Sequences you paste into sift

Sequences are stored so the analysis can run and so we can return your results. They are kept in a store used only for this site. We do not add them to any training set and we do not share them. Even so, treat the tool as what it is: if a sequence is covered by an agreement that does not allow you to send it to a third party, do not paste it. Get an agreement in place first and we will run it properly.

Tracking, or the absence of it

There is no analytics, no advertising network and no tracking pixel on this site. Two scripts load on a page: ours, and Cloudflare Turnstile, which is the checkbox that proves you are not a bot. Turnstile sees your IP address in order to do that check. We do not store it.

Your browser keeps one thing locally, which is a note that you have already unlocked the downloads so you are not asked for your email twice. It stays in your browser and never reaches us. Clearing your site data removes it.

Keeping it, and deleting it

We keep submissions while there is a live conversation and for as long afterwards as we need them for our records. If you want your information deleted, email inquiries@lodgepolediscovery.com and we will delete it and confirm that we have. You do not need to give a reason.
