Scale the ones that earned it.
Once a candidate holds up in assay, we make more of it and characterize it properly. Scale follows the program rather than a fixed ceiling: intermediate quantities run in house, and larger batches run through the CU Anschutz core facilities, where bioreactor capacity is available. Gram-scale material is a planning conversation, not a limit. Analytical work, including HPLC for peptides, runs through this stage too.
